| I have no idea why I loved this movie so much! It might have been just the right day at the right time -but I had to give this movie a "10". Will it be an Academy Award winner? no. Will it become a cult classic like A Christmas Story ? Probably not. But this movie had real appeal to me. I love John Cusack and, of course, Julia - but I really enjoyed Catherine Zeta Jones playing a role probably not too far from reality. You really get a funny glimpse of what the "behind the scenes" of a movie would be like. Thanks to Billy Crystal, who kept the comedy rolling - this movie will rank up there with one of my all-time favorites! I really debated dropping this rating down to a "9" - just because I didn't feel right putting it up there with Shawshank Redemption or my other "10s". But this movie, regardless of it being a classic or not - on sheer enjoyment gets a "10". I highly recommend this movie! |
