Well, if you ever thought the drug business was glamorous, you should watch this movie. This film focused mainly on the drug world from the dealers perspective. I thought it had a generally positive message by showing how the main character realized that drugs, money and power are meaningless in the end.
I thought the character development was good and that the story was told well. I felt bad after the third or fourth time Jung was betrayed. ItŐs kinda silly how you almost feel bad for the guy when he is dealt the consequences of his lifestyle. I think he should have listened to his father! My favorite line in the movie is how the father responds to his son telling him that he is great at what he does.
I hope this movie makes people consider their priorities in life before they go too far in pursuit of vanity. |
