Well, I guess I was expecting the wrong thing when I watched this movie. I didn't know this movie was a drama at all. Perhaps that's why it seemed a bit dragged out overall.
Preconceptions aside, I thought the acting was good and I'm amazed at the story. I just can't get terribly excited about this kind of movie unless it grips me,which this didn't.
To be honest, I thought his dilusions would have made a much more interesting movie than the real plot did. If you're like me, you better prepare yourself for a drama about a brilliant but sick man and his struggles in order to enjoy it. |
