Where should I start with this one?
I think this movie could be used as a documentary of why so many people hate Sci-Fi movies. I honestly think I could film a better movie on the fly without writing a script. I find it utterly amazing that in a country where there are probably thousands of unbelievable movie writers, Hollywood continues to choose movies that have absolutely no redeeming quality.
This movie is about a group of people who find themselves trapped on a planet inhabited by some sort of creature that only comes out when it is dark. It is their terrible misfortune to land on the planet just before the 22 year eclipse (whoooooo - that's creative genius). Things happen to make you jump, creatures attack, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
I know it must be difficult to make a good Sci-Fi film, but this one... It's just not too good. |
