ItÕs official, IÕm a sucker for movies that are full of action and computer animation. Even as I write this review I can hear the remarks from the other PopcornPals harassing me for my rating. I will not waver! See this movie!
This movie was very entertaining. It had suspense, humor, romance and loads of wild action. I hadnÕt read the original Spider-man comic books, so I was completely surprised by the twists in the plot. Being based on a well-written comic, the story had quite a lot of depth.
The casting was perfect in this film. The bad guys looked sinister, the good guys heroic. The role of Spider Man couldnÕt have been played as well by anyone else in my opinion. Overall, there was a real sense of believability Š even for a movie about a man that could swing from buildings by his wrists.
The end was great and left just enough unresolved to make us want to see the sequel already. I highly recommend this movie to anyone who likes great stories on the big screen. Oh, and speaking of big screens, try to see this in the theater or on your friend's 62Ó TV. The amazing visuals and larger than life scenes wonÕt disappoint. |
