I was not very effected overall by this film. Maybe I was born too late to appreciate all of the history that surrounded Muhammed Ali, or perhaps I couldnŐt relate to him because of his beliefs and lifestyle. Either way, I failed to really get involved.
Will Smith did a wonderful job at playing the part. My respect for his acting grows with each film I see. He even found a way to stay funny without damaging the role.
Although a good rendition of the life of Ali, it did not find this movie much more entertaining than something from the History Channel. Apart from the boxing scenes, thereŐs not much excitement here. |
