This is a film full of special effects and futuristic concepts. Not too far from Spielberg's "A.I. - Artificial Intelligence" movie. The time frame for this movie is 2054 - in an experimental "pre-crime" ward. They use pre-cogs to determine future murders and the pre-crime squad is there to stop them before it happens. Until things go awry. Tom Cruise plays one of the pre-crime investigators, until his luck turns and he is targeted.
Minority Report is a highly energetic and highly suspensful film that I would definitely recommend seeing on the big screen. Spielberg and Cruise should definitely collaborate again. |
