For those of you "Cure" fans (like myself) - you know that 10:15 on a Saturday Night is one of their songs. It is also the time that I went to see this movie. A 3 hour movie, nonetheless. And for those of you who know me - you know that 10:15 is rather late for me! ha ha! But 3 hours or not - this movie was worth it! And it most definitely should be seen on the big screen. There is no other way to experience the wide-sweeping scenic shots or the full affect of the battle scenes. What a beautifully made movie!
This is a continuation of the first film. The protectors of the ring are separated and fighting their own battles. There were at least 3 seperate stories going on at once but I did not find it the least bit confusing. It kept my interest a little more that way because you had to pay attention to every aspect. There isn't a moment to be missed - except for maybe the highly graphic battle scenes.
