Stu (Colin Farrell) is a cocky publicist who gets himself caught in a phone booth in NYC. He's held there by a sniper (the very creepy voice of Keifer Sutherland) who doesn't like how Stu has been behaving...it seems like a thin premise but actually "Phone Booth" was a by-the-edge-of-your-seat kind of movie. With only a running time of 1 hour and 20 minutes - this movie is fast paced from beginning to end. You can feel Stu's tension - as if you were really there.
For an action packed 1 1/2 hours - take time out for phone booth. It's definitely better than you think! |
