Being a middle class person with a young baby, lots of bills, steady day job and a house in suburbia, I found myself laughing out loud for most of the movie while Cage's character was forced from his Fortune 500 lifestyle into a lifestyle like mine to see what it would be like if he had made different decisions about his life.
I completely enjoyed this movie. In fact, the romantic undertones, which would usually turn me off, didn't even bother me. The acting was very good throughout and the last scene was quite effective.
You should probably be in the mood to see a romantic comedy when you watch this. Guys, if your looking for a movie that your girlfriend or wife will love and that will give you some enjoyment as well - this is a good choice. |
