| I wasn't terribly excited about seeing this movie. I suppose the trailer just didn't interest me. It turns out that I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. The tale told by the father drew me in and by the end I was endeared to the character. I had some trouble connecting the events in the tall tale with the events that really happened, but I think they wanted it that way. Though a bit anti-climactic, the ending seemed to bring everything together. This would make a good rental but just wasn't my style otherwise. |
