The Rock is beginning to get some real face time in his movies. This was the first movie starring him where I heard him say more than two sentences. I have to say that I was impressed! In my opinion, he is turning out to be quite an action star.
This movie was a remake of a film that was based on a true story. Ive always felt that those movies were more effective due to the increased sense of believability. The plot was great and they did a great job of casting. Despite the over-the-top action, I thought this movie really showed us what The Rock has in store for us. I reccommend this movie to anyone that likes a good action flick. |
